Denied right to attend shareholder AGM - Equity Express Securities Exchange and Singular Systems (Pty) Ltd

I am a shareholder of the Phuthumanathi scheme. On 25 August 2020 I phone the company secretary (Equity Express Security Exchange) enquiring when I am going to receive the link to attend the AGM schedule on 26 August 2020. I was told that the link will be sent to me on the morning of the AGM which is 26 August 2020. Then came 26th August 2020 the link was not forth coming. I then on 26 August 2020 phoned Equity Express Security Exchange and was told of the form that must be completed prior to attending the AGM and I won't be able to attend the AGM. This is a violation of section 61 of the Companies Act. I want to get a respond from the company secretary not some risk manager / relationship manager.
