Changed to Touchdown group - discontinued products

<p>We bought holiday points with Equitac Holiday Club in April 2010. We paid R199 every month. We were never able to book a holiday, because there was always something wrong. I tried again today. Only to find out the company changed to Touchdown group and our package has been discontinued a few years ago. Yet we paid every single month!!!! I asked why they never let us know. They said if we didn't cancel, subscription went on. End of story. If we wanted to book a holiday, we would have to buy a new package. Totally unacceptable. I believe *******...</p>
