Bad service and unprofessional

I have been a loyal customer to this Loan company for two months now they have been debiting my account twice, this month same thing happened. I then call them to ask for my money, the rudeness that I got from Pumza, she then decided to block me on the company phone just because I have been requesting my money, no response even from the email. This is rather unfair as this is my money and I need it. Till today nothing.
