Unreliable service

Huge disappointment! I would not recommend Andries Bruwer from Equipped 4 Africa/Equip4Africa as a supplier. Its been an extremely long, frustrating process, with lack of communication, no progress updates, multiple promises that ended in disappointment, multiple delays blaming 3rd party suppliers, and late delivery. Told on 2 occassions that trailer was ready to be shipped, only to find out that the trailer was no longer available (delivered to someone else?) Finally received it mid December after collecting it in Beaufort West at our own cost. A year later & we are still waiting for faulty items to be repaired, and outstanding items (paid for) that was not received. Be warned. There are multiple complaints from owners that had a similar experiences. Do your research & rather buy from a reputable company with a good track history. Customer service is definitely not a priority for this company.
