Is my coffee machine ****** by Equipcare repair company in Bellville ?

Appliances Repair Equipcare company failed to deliver service committed to when fetched De longi coffee machine from me on the 30 May 2023 for repair.Machine was in guarantee period after first repair but still no improvement noticed although parts were apparently changed as per invoice paid.I have tried to finalize follow up repairs and delivery but get only false promises and a few times was told that he is coming with machine ,I waited unnecessary. I spoke to other employees without any help as well. I also send email to *** but no response. Mathiu is not answering/declining my calls and WhatsApp messages. Coffee machine remains my property, and I have no option as take this further to Small Claims Court. I feel powerless and that basically my coffee machine was ****** from me.I was refused contact number to Manager/Owner of EQUIPCARE in Bellville as this does not appear on their website. There is no professional practice and applying CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.
