Bad quality equipment

I bought a Tower and Wunda Chair from Equilibrium Cape Town (Stikland) in July 2015. I imported the products to Qatar where I teach Pilates. In April 2016 the black spring lost the round bolt part that is ised to hook the spring secure. It just shot off while the machine was in use. Luckily myself on the Reformer so I didn't fall (if it was a client..)

then I worked with this and always had to compensate for having one spring less.

I decided to replace this carriage February 2017 with a whole new carriage with all new springs (as I thought it might be the manufacturing of the specific carriage with springs that could be the problem)

by May 2017 another black spring shot off the hooks. Fortunately 2 springs attached the carriage to the frame this time so nonone got hurt.

I don't trust the manufacturer anymore.

The Wunda Chair seems to be fine but the Reformer gets used 5 days per week (for 2-3 hours).
