Terrible service from a financial service, this is scary.

Equilibrium Financial Advisory Services EFAS took over Nightly One client base as unfortunately the owner of the financial institute we used got ill. They bought over all the clients files and with a bang they made appointments and done paperwork, send emails, calls, what’s app, sms. It was on a point almost like this is too much. The EFAS adviser send to us was Floris Slabbert all dressed up for the occasion to convince us why we need to move our investments. Remember the owner of the Nighty One service we used is basically on his deathbed and suddenly we now need to make decisions about out monies. Myself, my husband, and our fund for our son had to move asap.

But as always suddenly they just went quiet after almost receiving communication daily. We got a service rating to do, and we rated them the lowest score as nothing was done. My lump sum was taken but my debt order monthly never went off to let that grow, my son's fund never was deducted as well. My husband’s debt order did go of later but on dates so late that we did not agree on as we stated the debt orders needs to go off on the 28th of each month.

After the serve that i had to rate, a lady with the name Jade Daniels (They also do not know her at all apparently she is not working there) Client relationship Manager - complaints ******) phoned me and she sorted me and my sons debit orders problem out in 2 days. This was sorted out only in on the 29 May 2025, just to let you know that Floris started with these transfers already in November 2024 and couldn't get it right.

Please note that they took over all files and systems and death is at Nighty One's door. Well after Jade sorted all our problems out in May 2025 (7months it took).

Now let get to where we are now Tax session, so you as EFAS took everything over as from November 2024. (Just a side not someone dying and must submit documents after February 2025, what a scary thought.) I've tried to do my tax and got a message that my Lump Sum amount is not declared to SARS??????? I'm informing our dear Floris with a response: That it is not his job as a broker to load anything on SARS. Fine by me, you sold yourself as our broker and you cannot look after your clients, you've let me sign documentation for my money but it’s not you job. Then it is your job to start look after you customers sir. Then he gets a Noline Grove to send me a mail to refer me to Ninety-One-platform (remember death bed) so please tell me where I get hold of the people at Ninety-one as you took everything over from them in November 2025.

So, I assume I now need to lose money for a day to go and sit at SARS to try and sort out PPS mess and who know how to get information from a closed company that they took over. Yes, the words used we are taking all data and files, so why would you not have my document to submit to SARS om behalf of a company you bought out.

I'm sorry but I will not recommend anyone to invest money and if you are one of us start doing homework to move asap as you see blame shifting is a big thing her.

I really hope that this will helps someone else and that they stop with this and sort the investors out.
