EQUAL Low Kilojoule Sweetners

AVOID Equal Low Kilojoule Sweetners Clever marketing trick to change the shape of the sweetner so that it no longer fits into the existing dispenser... I have numerous of these dispensers and when I recently purchased a 500 tablet refill, there was NO warning of a changed tablet shape, so I emailed Equal.co.za in September regarding this. In the first week of October I received an e-mail stating that my communication had been received and they would be in contact shortly. I rep**** to that email two weeks later and it came back as undelivered. Now I find their website is also not available. So now I have found my own solution... I will use an alternative product in future. I am totally convinced that some 'clever marketing dude' suggested to change the tablet shape so that consumers would then have to buy a new dispenser that fits the new shape tablets. WRONG - I will never buy Equal again!!
