Equal dissappointment

Our household have been using Equal 80g sticks for many years. My last 5 boxes (started noticing), were of very poor quality. Some bags are empty, some have almost nothing in and others are overly full. Thought it might just be a bad batch but is seems like this is becoming a regular thing. I have samples to show and have tried to contact them directly but there customer services are not their first priority.
