Terrible terrible terrible

I bought my service plan at Audi East Rand.I am calling to get claim approval and have called 7 times between yesterday and today. Each time holing for more than 30 minnutes to no answer THIS IS PATHETIC!!!

I want to cancel the plan and get a refund since I have bot used it and had bought it cash.
