I am disgusted in how my situation was handled today. My claim for a broken clutch was rejected based on submitted photos from Nissan, and the reason was wear and tear.Dont worry, I will quickly look for R25 000 in my drawer.Off course you will always have a clever answer for any mechanical defect , and not bother to look at the real circumstances surrounding this issue.I bought this pre-owned vehicle and drove 20 000 kms!How can the wear and tear be my fault, and if I knew I wouldnt buy the vehicle!!There is absolutely no benefit to continue with this policy as any defect will be wear and tear.Show me how any major part can be a mechanical failure without wear and tear.I am busy cancelling the policy , which I porbably never should have signed for, as I would have had the money then for this repair. Please dont contact me.I am highly disappointed and disgusted in this matter.
