Q-TECH SERVICE PLAN DISASTER

I am extremely disappointed by the way Q-TECH SERVICE PLAN failed to provide me the with the expected services that I have paid for. I have a service plan for my Mercedes Benz but when I took my car for a service last year at Mercedes Benz Wonderboom they were nowhere to be found and subsequently had to pay the service from my pocket which was very sad. I was advised that next time I must take it to Mercedes Benz Centurion. This morning, I took my car for a service to Mercedes Benz Centurion hoping to get it back today in the afternoon and the nightmare is starting and this time I am not willing to pay from my pocket and I need my car urgently for work purposes. Can I please ask for smooth service from Q-TECH SERVICE PLAN for my car service this time and a refund of the service I paid last year. I am happy to submit the invoice for last year. I am looking forward to the excellent service you promised.
