Poor Poor service and Poor warranty system!

How can it be that a company say they can not cover a throttle body under your warranty because it is not listed but a carburetor is?? Do they not know or have knowledge that there are NO new cars with carburetors? Do they not know that a throttle body replaced the carburetor ? And still they say they do not cover it but actually the carburetor is the throttle body on new cars :/ It is seriously the worst warranty company that anyone can ask for. And then they say on my previous complaint that the complaint was resolved but instead the guy that phoned me said he would still be in contact and never even e-mailed what he said he would! Now that is poor service from the management aswell.
