Eqstra = Ford = Unitrans = Joke I got Lost of Fleet Trucks/Bukkies on the Road So things go wrong/ Break / Ford = **** So I got warranty’s on all my trucks and bakkie, only 1 witch Eqstra the jock They cover 0 and pay 0 I can’t recommend them to anyone even if I hate them that is how bad they are

As we are not the underwriters of the plan, Eqstra is not permitted to approve a component or failure that is not specified by the plan.
Eqstra will send you a form of repudiation specifying the reasons for the repudiation. The form will provide the contact details of underwriter should you wish to challenge the decision.
