disgusted warrantee costumer!!!!!

Warrantee claim declined – I have a heave electrical & mechanical warrentee with Eqstra claim declined for wires that needed repairs………..how is it possible that the car drove for more than 300km and all of sudden just doesn’t want to start, this is only 3000km after a major service was done and claimed from the very same warrantee policy????? The wiring is in the engine compartment behind the glove box, not accessible by the “man on street” and impossible for us to have damaged it ourselves. It is beyond me how Eqstra would decline a claim for R1700.00 and risk the brand damage that comes along with the claim, the social media complaints that will follow & the insurance ombudsman claim!!!!!
