Breach Of Contract!

On 31/10/2016, I took in my vehicle for service at Ford under the impression that my vehicle still has a maintenance plan which is underwritten by Eqstra. Eqstra refused to pay for my brakes which have to be changed and only paid for normal service. Stating that I should have brought in the vehicle just before 60 000kms - the vehicle is just over 60 000kms and I think it is still within range to be fully serviced by Eqstra. The vehicle is making all kind of noise now because of the brakes, which is unacceptable because Eqstra should have paid for anything that needed replacement - that's why I took out a maintenance plan when I bought the vehicle.
