Mothibi vs Bowie

Good day,

I was awarded a 2 month contract with EPWP, sadly, my contract ended on the 7th of June because a lady I had never met before, who insisted that she was my line manager dismissed me simply because I find other people besides her delicious. Her name is Babalwa Mothibi, employed by the Corporate Services of the Civic Centre, 5th floor Podium block.

To date, I have requested a payslip and or a UI19 form but she tells me that she'll call me whenever my documents are ready, is this ethical? Is this how EPWP sees its employees?

P.S I was on a learnership with EPWP in 2017 (NYS 9) after being strangled on shift by a colleague of Staff-u-Need (my then apparent sponsor) I was released off duty. My last day of duty was in November but I was given a UI19 form that claims that my last day was on the 4th of April. Til today, I am yet to receive UIF for this claim that was made in March of 2018. Her name is Diana Bowie, my the TLO.
