EPSON MOTORS - NIGEL - EMPTY PROMISES AND DISSAPOINTMENT

I purchased a vehicle through Epson Motors in Nigel in May 2016.. During the inspection of the vehicle, I pointed out to the sales person Steven Marais that there were chips on the windscreen. In the presence of myself, my husband and a workshop employee, Steven confirmed that they will have the windscreen repaired. I just needed to provide him with quotations. I provided the quotations two days later and again in August with a new date as per his request. Steven promised me several times that payment was going to be made into my account for the windscreen repairs. My husband even spoke to a manager at Epson motors and my lawyers e-mailed a letter to them. I have not received a cent to date to repair the windscreen, just empty promises. During June 2016 my vehicle's side trim came loose. I took the vehicle to a dealership to get a quote for the repairs. The dealership then informed me that the side trim broke off because it was broken previously and just glued back in place. I sent Steven the quote for repairs to the side trim. He said that he was going to try and source the windscreen and side trim at a cheaper price and that I should just give him some time. I gave him almost a month before contacting him again. Each time I contacted him, I was given another excuse. Epson Motors in Nigel and Steven Marais really took the excitement and fun out of buying a car. I'm very dissapointed. This is not the way to treat a customer.

During November and December 2016 I received great service and assistance from Mr Pillay from Epson Motors. He listened to my problems, gathered the necessary information and offered me a solution. Within two weeks of me contacting him, two of the major concerns I had with my car were resolved. Thank you very much Mr Pillay for your understanding and professionalism!
