Bad services and poor salesperson Etiquette by Sales Executive Charnelle Adlem

I had enquired about a vehicle on line and the sales executive lady by the name of Charnelle Adlem contacted me from Epson motors in Nigel on 17 August. She was very pushy in closing the deal however I was keen on the buying the vehicle regardless. We did the vehicle financing application on the telephone and I was approved. I then requested to see the vehicle before I could send my personal documents and I was told by her that she would make a plan. A few minutes later a male collegaue of hers contacted me to tell me that they can't bring the vehicle to me but they would rather have their driver pick me up and take me to the dealership. I told him that it was impossible for me to take time off work to do so considering the dealership is in Nigel and I am based in JHB. He then went onto saying that the only way for them to bring a car to me was if there was a guarantee that I would buy the car. I asked how could there be a guarantee if I had not seen nor tested driven the car and therefore told him that I would not be going ahead with the deal.

Charnelle then called back and tried to persuade me not to give up on the deal but I told her that my mind was made up and I would not be buying the vehicle. She sent me a patronizing whatsapp, telling me that someone else was interested in the vehicle, I take it that it was her way in trying to salvage the deal. On 22 August Charnelle sent me a whatapp message claiming that she had found another vehicle for me in the same price range. I asked her to send me pics and specs of the vehicle, and she did so via email. I checked the pics and realized that it could be the same vehicle that she was selling me to last week and I asked if it was, as I suspected that the deal with the so-called other buyer didn't fall through or there was never another buyer to begin with. She failed to answer my question and she insisted on me sending my personal documents, and she then again said they would send a driver to take me to see the vehicle. I stressed again that I was looking for a dealership that would accommodate me by bringing the vehicle to me as getting time off work was impossible given how busy I am. At this point I was again put off by the manner of approach and told her that the vehicle had a mileage and therefore I would not be going ahead with the purchase. This is when Charnelle displayed unproffesionalism and she sent a text, I quote " when you are serious about buying a car and reach a point where you would rather own your car than pay off the taxi driver's car with you using public transport, you let me know ok"

I was shocked by her text and expressed this.

She then went onto saying that I must go waste someone else's time.

Please see attached copies of the emails she sent me.
