Standard practice ?

<p>I was approached by Pauline of EPS systems 22 Sept with a sales pitch that we can save electricity. We were literally forced to sign on the night and i informed both Tyrone and Pauline that we have a old ball and valve geyser. Tyrone checked the geyser and said it was indeed a uprite geyser and 150ltrs. They said their company installs in all areas. A electrical contractor arrived at my home , inspected the geyser and said they cannot install the element because the regulator is embeddid inside the element and left. I have been charged a admin fee and a call out fee for a service i have not recieved or able to benefit from. STANDARD THEY SAY. This is unacceptable business practice and the public has to be informed before hand</p>
