I purchased a hot water geyser element from EPSSYSTEMS, situated in Stikland Bellville, Cape Town. This purchase occurred on the 15 February 2019. I was sweet talked into buying the product. This occurred through a door to door sales process. I was a bit apprehensive at first but the salesperson stated that if I listen to his sales pitch I would be helping him obtain a bursary towards his studies, I obliged. Through stupidity I agreed and purchased the product. The following day I emailed them to cancel the deal. They agreed to cancel the deal and refund my money. A month later I'm still waiting on the refund and my emails are not being answered. The excuse I received was that the manager was not in the office on that day, Tuesday 12 March 2019. I have still not received any response from them. Please be very cautious when dealing with this company.
