EPROMO BAMBOO PILLOWS

I purchased 2 bamboo pillows over the weekend at the House and Garden Show in Durban. Spent R1000.00. I was assured quite convincingly that the company behind retailing these pillows were honest,trustworthy and reliable. I was assured a 14 day money back guarantee who mind you was repeated to me 3 times to prove how fantastic the product is. Since Monday, 8 July I have been trying to make contact with epromo on the contact numbers provided on the invoice and hand written by KEVIN the sales person. 081 565 *** 333693. Guess what : YEP THESE NUMBERS are not accessible. Has anyone come across a fabric that seems broken in half like a piece of wood? Well that's exactly what was sold to me. The idiot that i was thinking that this was a trustworthy company and a piece of fabric cannot seem broken did not open up the pillow fully on purchase. Now when i am desperately trying to get hold of them to ensure the fair trade before the 14 day expiry there is no joy.

Humble citizens DONOT purchase anything from epromo bamboo pillows without obtaining a mobile contact number which is tested on site. To me i really think i have been caught by a ********** company.
