Brilliant service fro Epromo

I purchased a FryAir Touch machine from Epromo from their promotion display stand in Clearwater Mall. After trying it for three days we decided it wasn't for us pensioners. It worked fine but took as long as our fan oven to cook items. We contacted Raymond the general manager who accepted the machine back (we cleaned and re-packaged in the original box) without reservation and refunded us the cost of R4495 within a week. Great service
