Negligence

After many years of being with EPR as security company, there was an incident on 8/1/2016 that required my attention, due to the careless action of a reaction officer. Fortunately there were no repercussions, although my family and I were exposed to danger.<br> Two days later, I asked EPR for patrols to be made at my premises. They never made an appearance!<br> It was at this point that I thought that I should speak to someone in management and bring this whole issue to their attention. Needless to say that the outcome of this matter was less than satisfactory. My concerns were treated with polite disregard, as if it was not my place to lodge a complaint - (maybe I would have been taken seriously if I were a man).<br> There was no concern on the part of management for my safety, no offer of compensation for the damage sustained and not even a hint of an apology!!!<br> I guess, in future, I will have to re-visit my options.<br>
