EPR - One key give access to all premises

<p>When I bought my house 5 years ago I took the EPR Contract over from the previous owner. My first bad experience was the lack of knowledge of technicians during the installation of the CCTV system and the attitude of the MD. Recently when I decided to end my contract with EPR I was ver surprised to be informed that EPR installs a general safety lock on a client's gate which means that all their security officers have access to the premises of all clients using one key. My main concerns are that how many EPR staff security officers have access to one's premises? What happens if a EPR security officer resigns? How many people are walking around with keys who have access to my premises? As an ex EPR client I will have to replace my security gate lock to ensure the safety of my family. Based on experience I will never recommend EPR to anybody. </p>
