EPower solar installation woes

We bought 5.5kw/hr solar system from ePower in Mossel Bay a few years ago. They very quickly installed solar panels, inverter, battery, and by late afternoon the same day it was active. Brilliant. But: 1) in their rush to finish they failed to install a side panel to the inverter cabinet nearest to the wall. This means that cooling air escapes from the open sides instead of travelling up and exiting the top of the cabinet. It also means there is no protection against spiders, bugs, moisture from entering the cabinet. Impossible at this stage to fix the cabinet without rewiring the whole installation. 2). Absolutely NO printed instructions as to the use/meaning of any if the many switches on the panel. 3) ePower sent an authorised electrician to inspect the installation, and after paying for some improvements to our system, we were granted a compliance certificate. 4) Whenever ESKOM blacks out, the earth leakage switch trips, and my desktop pc powers off, causing *******ed partitions. So the VRM system offers absolutely NO protection from ESKOM load shedding. I eventually replaced my desktop power supply with a newer and much more powerful unit, only to have it fail this evening after a scheduled ESKOM shutdown. Conclusion: when it works, the system does save electricity. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely NOT! I suffer more from data loss and *******ed file systems than I did when we were on ESKOM alone. And I've grown tired of ePower's "technical" explanations for this. Now I am going to have to buy an expensive UPS to protect my pc from the VRM inverter spikes and resultant earth leakage trips.
