Epol puppy food

I am extremely upset I gave my 10 week old puppies Epol dry puppy food and all 3 became sick with a runny tummy. I almost lost 1 because he became so dehydrated and weak as soon as I changed to food brand all was well again. I have been a fan of Epol for many years Dog and Cat food but I am very disappointed, I have send them a complaint but have not received any feedback.
