EPM Installations Pricing

I purchased ceilings, cornices and skirting from the Moulding Shop in Northlands Deco Park. They recommended EPM Installations as their installer of choice. The primary problem relates to their poor pricing methodology. If you've inspected the site, and provided a quote, I would expect that quote to be honoured. If you are quoting to install a ceiling, you would quote for scaffolding upfront, not after the job has been completed. If you are painting a wall, you would include for preparation of said wall. Increasing the price by 25% because you "forgot" does not sound very professional to me. The second issue relates to the subcontracting of said job to another company...When you place an order with EPM, you expect EPM, not some unknown third party. So the bottom line, if you get a quote from EPM, multiply by 1.5 to get an accurate price, and understand that they will not actually do the work themselves.
