Terrible service

I ordered a double sleigh bed from them and they delivered a queen that doesn’t oven fit a queeen mattress, when I lay a complain they tell me the don’t know how it happened, then they promise to do a double bed on the day of the delivery they come with excuses. The manager there is so rude she can’t even talk properly to customers. I regret buying from them I am now stuck with a bed I don’t even know what to do with it.
