I bought a house in Benoni, house included floors, kitchen unit and bedroom wardrobes, when they did the key handover the house had no tile flooring, bathroom tiles, no kitchen unit, not even a kitchen sink, and no bedroom wardrobes. The real estage agent was unable to give answers. The developer also had poor communication throughout the building process.
