They stold my money and thereafter blocked me off social media

I paid for a bottle of episoft from episoft global. On the 19th of August. They stold my money and didn't send the goods to me. When I contacted them on instagram they told me the items have been sent to me but refused to provide me with a tracking number. Shipping suppose to take 10 days max. It's been over 2 months. When I rated their service over instagram. They blocked me. I want my money back.
