Horrible Service

Bought 2 promos from them, buy 1 get 6 free for hair removal sessions. Had limited time to get sessions done but was told it would all fit in. Machines always broken so appointments had to be cancelled. Did 1 session in total. Was told we can do sessions if we come back to Durban in a year's time or whenever we in town, hair removal has to be done every 4 - 6 weeks for it to be effective. Came to an agreement for a refund then the owner changed his mind 4 days after the refund was supposed to be done, saying we had our one session which we paid for!! What about the 6 free as per promo?? Very unprofessional service and not reliable at all. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
