Terrible reliable

I ordered a signage with them for my shop, Took 1 and a half week to get it ready, installed it and left. But the lightbox sign doesnt turn on, so apparently we needed to get an electrician to connect to it, which we weren't made aware of, they didn't tell us that they do not actually connect your lightbox to a power source

So now we paid an electrician to connect it the power The power is now connected and there is electricity flowing to the sign. But the lightbox doesnt turn on. They've given us a faulty product

So now we're waiting for them to fix the lightbox, and then have to pay another electrician again to come connect it...

In hindsight, I should have gone with a more expensive signage company and get it done properly as this has ended up costing us more.
