Dr. Raymond Tendai Chamba is a *****ster. He comes over as a charming man, selling himself as a venture capitalist and claiming to have a PhD in Financial management. He has no money and cannot fund you or your business. He will show you contracts and promise you the world but not one word of it will come to fruition. He will ask for small amounts of money to cover basic travel expenses always with the promise of 'funds arriving soon'. They dont. Just walk away from this *****ster. He should be reported to the police!
