No accountability & excuses
I purchased a picnic tray advertised on social media, from this company. Upon receiving the tray, I noted that there are so many uneven edges which is really very rough to the touch and I complained about it because I felt that the product could have been finished off better to give it a smoother finish, before sending it off. I was basically told that pinewood is an inexpensive wood and one cannot expect to get a perfect product. I have bought pinewood items before & know for a fact that it can have a smooth finish if one takes your time with it. They are sorry to hear that I am unhappy with the quality of the workmanship and said that no-one else complained about it so basically, you get what you paid for, which was R720.00. Perhaps they should note this bit when advertising their product ......
