Ordered the phone on Tuesday (8th) and received a confirmation email from Dave regarding my payment, status of my wife's iPhone and estimated due delivery date. Dave was in constant communication with me regarding the status of the iPhone that gave me constant reassurance. They also have a tracking website which gives you an update about how far your phone is. Phone got delivered this morning around 09:30. Mint condition! As someone who's skeptical about purchasing phone's, Epic deals have now got a permanent customer in me.
