No Device 12 days later!No response to mails! Disgusting service

I am extremely disappointed with the service thag I received from Epic Deals. This is my second time ordering from them , the first time i was impressed with their level of communication and the device it’s self even though the delivery fell outside of timelines provided.

This time i am extremely disappointed in the level of communication. Firstly when i placed the order i went to check on their website the delivery ETA and was told it would take 2-4days. There was no indication on Epic Deals website that their offices were closed or that there would be any delays except the expected Christmas holidays that one would expect. I laid for my device on the morning of the 24th and only received confirmation of payment on the 29th of December. This is after i had sent a follow up email and was met with an Out of office. Once their office was open on the 29th, no one cared to respond to my mail and inform me of the delivery of my device. It is the 5th today and i still do not have the device. No response to any of my emails 12 days later!!! Disgusting service to say the least!
