Misleading website and rude call centre agnet
The call center agent was so rude and unhelpful when I called earlier using +***3, she kept on interrupting me. And also, the website is misleading. The statement "Orders not paid for within 2 hours may be canceled unless arranged with us in advance" is not true, as I called to reserve stock and wasn't assisted.
