iphone 13 technical problems
Good day
My sister bought me a phone from Epic deals,she bought everyone Iphone from this store.Mine was Iphone 13 and she bought is lastyear around August if m not mistaken but that time i was not around South Africa so i received the phone as a present from m sister in December thats when i started using it.it was still sealed so im not sure if was new or not.My problem is it recently started misbehaving,sometimes it will just switch off and it would switch on immediately,i tried speaking to my sister but because i dont stay with her its very difficult to send it to her,i cant do school work with it as it just goes off anytime even when the battery is 100%.im very frastrated,pls help.
