Honest and efficient

I bought a reconditioned iPhone SE 2020 with 6-month warranty. It developed a fault after a few weeks. I emailed them, got an immediate response & they sent a courier to collect it on a day of my choice. It wasn't repairable so they offered me my money back or a voucher plus R500 for the site.
