Bad service

All was great when I ordered the phone online until I shortly started experiencing problem. I informed them through whatsapp and they advised me to log a return. I logged a return and asked for a refund. They have been ignoring my emails since the phone was collected for return. I called about a week ago, they promised to process the payment but I am still waiting, following up through emails everyday without a response.
