I had the displeasure of dealing with this company. Firstly the first collection was never made, after a week I followed up and then only was my laptop collected for assessment.

I submitted my Macbook Pro as a 2021 model, even though I bought it new in 2022. I was made an offer, which I accepted on the same day, and provided my banking details. A day later, I was informed that they made a mistake, and that the new offer was half of the original offer because of a year model error. Which I was told was submitted incorrectly, by me. As a consumer, I submitted the info I had, and sent it to experts, or so I thought.

Avoid this company if you're looking to deal with honest people, with integrity.
