Zero business flexibility

Epic pools have been putting in a pool at my neighbours house for ten days now. They've also been angle-grinding cement slabs for the last 5 days. I have a kid with severe adenitis who needed rest. Upon asking the workers if they couldn't perhaps angle-grind the slabs off site or at least somewhere not 10 ft adjacent to my daughter's bedroom, they laughed at me and resumed. My daughter had to go to hospital, and is due to be released in a couple of hours. And they're still angle- grinding. Quite an astonishing way to do business....
