SHOCKING TREATMENT TO CUSTOMER

I had such a terrible experience and treated very badly from the owner at Epic Karting in Galleria mall. I took my 2 nephews to go Karting before they go back to Joburg. The owner argued with me that one of my nephews could not go because he did not meet the requirements. But on the website it states you have to be 10 years old and 1.4 meters tall which he was. But the owner said otherwise and showed a sign board showing you have to be either 10 years old or 1.5 meters tall. Which he still met the 10 years category therefore my nephew should by right be able to go karting. But the owner said no he could not go. I was argued at in front of kids and parents and humiliated and said that I was treating him like an animal which I was not. I was just mainly pointing out the fact that my nephew was able to go. In the end I had to take full responsibility that if anything happens to him then I will be held accountable. He then threw the book at me to sign and took my money eventually. I had such a bad experience and it doesn’t even warrant a one star I give Epic Karting.
