Bad service delivery

2nd of June was at epic karting Syringa Park

Unfortunately due to bad weather conditions we couldn’t do our race.

We were given two options

1. To keep credit 2. Request a refund

We opted for a refund process which was communicated to us that because it was Sunday and there was no one present at the office the refund will be processed on Monday the 3rd of June which today nothing has been done.

I have made several communication with one of the team members being Jacques and he has made empty promises and has failed to keep to the commitment.
