Epec Jacuzzi Solutions are a **** company. Beware!!

Epec Jacuzzi in Pretoria is no longer in existence but the company is advertising on google. The company is what they called 419. I googled Jacuzzi companies in Cape Town and EpecJacuzzi popped up too even though they in Pretoria. It was already after 5 and I send a what’s app to the no. A guy called Micheal assisted me and I assumed he was Irish based on his surname and accent the next day when I called. He offered me a great deal, send he an invoice from the company email and company bank details.

When I tried to pay R32,000 which was 70 % of the money on Friday the 14th, it gave me an error message. I told Micheal I will try again on the Monday. During the weekend my sister suggested I use a company in Cape Town, because it will be easier in case I have issues with the Jacuzzi. But most of them were R5,000 or more than my quote from Epec.

Monday I just had a bad feeling about the company. I decided to call Micheal the Tuesday on the land line that was provided. When he picked up the call, he answered with a African accent. Upon hearing it was me the accent changed to Irish. I asked him if the spa bath was in their show room. He confirmed that it was. I told him that a friend of mine stays in Pretoria and will just have a look at the bath before I pay the deposit.

Micheal but my call, tried calling him a few times and still has not returned my calls. I have purchased the jacuzzi in Cape Town and it’s great. So please be aware of ********** one google.
