Blossom Spread

I purchased a tub of margarine (Blossom 1kg) and when we opened it there was a hair on the top. when i logged a complaint they told me to take it back to the store for a replacement, i asked if there would be no apology or further investigation? the matter was only then sent to QC. the response from QC was basically that it was a closed system and they basically accused me of planting the hair there myself and they cannot help me further. No apology given, no further investigation or details. this is truly appalling service and i will never support this brand again.
