Epic Estate is the pits of Roodepoort! The way in which they treat their tenants is the worst! The do not AT ALL treat their people fairly and further to that they think threatening people is a solution! I’m not renting here I BOUGHT this apartment but nobody takes the time to notice when other people make noise in here... I HARDLY make a noise in here but the one time I have visitors I always get complaints yet other people are not noticed!

NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT BUYING OR RENTING IN HERE I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!
