Unprofessional with failure to adhere to agreement made when purchsed

Bought 4 new batteries for my vehicles with in a 12 month period due to theft unfortunately. All apparently comes with 25 month warranty...unfortunately 1 of the 4 purchased has started to blow out steam and battery acid, leaving the terrible sulfuric acid smell(rotten eggs), the battery has never been removed since installation with pics to prove/confirm, yet the person running the business says it needs to be tested 1st though this problem was advised that can only occur from overcharging yet it was never charged, its 10 months old. With all the receipts was told that it needs to be charged and cannot replace it with a new one yet unable to charge for test as he hasn't the money to pay for a charge through a different business.

I don't recommend this business as very quick to receive payment yet no after sales etiquette as left without means of transportfor over a week now waiting for a test to be performed as a replacement is constantly being ignored. ..it's located at Scottburgh mall KZN named Epic batteries the manager/owner name is Bongani(Collin, its part of the car wash at entrance of the mall.
