ePanic is a big ****

Today i received a call from a lady called Ntombi who says she works at ePanic. She told me that my number was selected for a Benefits card & a voucher. With this card i will have roadside, medical and legal assistance whenever i needed it. She asked for my details (address, id number etc.) i gave them to her. She made this sound like i have won this so called card. Eventually after she captured my details, she then proceeded to request for my banking details. Obviously I refused because she gave me the impression that i have won this card. When I refused she gave me a cheeky attitude asking me if I thought all of this were for free. Basically this was her tactic of getting me to sign up for something i did not even need. She told me i have to pay R99 for this service, this was after i had a conversation with her for 8 minutes. When i told her i am not paying for something that i didnt request she hung up the phone in my ear. I tried calling that number but it says it does not exist. Is this how ePanic gets clients? People be careful out there, people are desperate for money and will do anything to get it, even ********.
